Privacy policy

The short version

We collect your name, contact details, address and what you'd like to try. We give those to one supplier — the one who confirms your visit — and nobody else. We don't sell your details, we don't add you to marketing lists, and you can ask us to delete them any time.

What we collect

• Name, phone, email and street address, to arrange the visit
• The product type you want to try and any notes you add
• A card hold via Stripe — we never see your card number
• Your feedback after the visit, if you give it

Who we share it with

The single supplier who claims your booking, so they can visit you. Stripe, to process the card hold. Our email provider, to send confirmations. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Health information

Notes you add about a condition are optional and shared only with the visiting consultant so they can be considerate on the day. We don't analyse or retain them beyond the booking.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email privacy@hometrials.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.

Suppliers' obligations

Suppliers agree in writing to use your details for the booked visit only, not to contact you again unless you ask, and to delete them on request. Breaches end their access.
