Suppliers in your area see your booking and one confirms it. Only that company ever receives your details.
You hear who's coming
An email with the consultant's name, their company, and a photo. Reply or call if anything's changed at your end.
Setup in your lounge room
The consultant brings the chair or bed in, sets it up where you'd use it, and shows you the controls. Try it as long as you like — most visits run about an hour. Your hold is released when they arrive.
Your decision, your timing
Nothing is signed on the day. If you want to go ahead, you deal directly with the company that visited. If not, that's the end of it — we'll send one email asking how the visit went.
